On-site gas sampling
Our team of technicians is authorized to perform on-site gas sampling (natural gas, LNG, RNG or biogas (dry)). Depending on your needs, we can then analyze the quality of this sample or send it to an external laboratory.
For the sampling to be carried out, we need to have access to a valve and a regulator that supplies gas at approximately 5 psi with a ¼ NPT or Swadgelock type connection.

Our gas quality analysis service allows us to assess the following parameters:
- Natural gas, LNG and RNG: composition, calorific values (PCI and PCS), density, methane index (methane number), and Wobbe index. This gas chromatography service (GC analysis) meets the requirements of international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017
- Biogas (dry): composition, calorific values (PCI and PCS), density and Wobbe index
- RNG and biogas (dry): trace compounds (arsenic (As), copper (Cu), fluorine (F), ammonia (NH3), chlorine (Cl), mercury (Hg), sulfur (S), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), siloxanes, and bacteria)
